These terms govern your use of Kairos. By creating an account or, when offered, buying Kairos Pro, you agree to them. Features may change as Kairos develops.
The service
Kairos helps you plan tasks, track time, and optionally read events from connected calendar providers. You remain responsible for checking your schedule, deadlines, notifications, and the accuracy of any plan Kairos suggests. Do not rely on Kairos for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other safety-critical scheduling.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes Kairos's core planner. Pro adds only the features shown on the current Pricing page. Kairos may change plan features or prices; where the law requires it, Kairos will provide notice before a change applies.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
- Kairos does not offer free trials. Payment begins when you subscribe to Pro.
- Paid Pro is a recurring subscription charged in advance by Stripe at the monthly or yearly interval you select.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from Settings → Plan and billing.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro ordinarily remains available through the end of the already-paid period.
- Deleting your Kairos account immediately cancels active subscriptions and ends access. It does not automatically refund an already-paid period.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars. Stripe may collect billing details and applicable taxes. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If a charge is incorrect or the service was materially unavailable, contact Kairos promptly so it can be reviewed. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Kairos, attempt to access another person's account or data, interfere with the service, evade plan restrictions, or use it unlawfully. Kairos may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and third parties
Kairos depends on services such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Google, and Microsoft. The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Calendar access can stop when a provider withdraws access, changes its service, or has an outage.
Accounts and ending service
Keep your sign-in details secure and notify Kairos if you believe your account has been compromised. You can export your planner and delete your account from Settings. Kairos may discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practical.
